UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson once again said the UK will leave the EU on October 31st..."with no ifs or buts."<br />Johnson announced his determination at a televised press conference on Monday.<br />He insisted that the chances of a new deal with EU leaders are rising because EU officials know Britain has a clear vision of what it wants.<br />Johnson then noted that he doesn't want an election and instead urged legislators not to undercut UK's negotiating position with the EU.<br />Anti no-deal Brexit demonstrators, meanwhile, protested at Downing Street, crying out "stop the coup."<br />
