No Push-Up, No Plank, No Burpees, No Crunches, and No BS. Just 5 minutes of pure spicy cardio that burns massive calories, just as much as other intensive workouts.<br /><br />5 minutes for each round. One round is good. Of course, it would be great if you can do more rounds (3-5 is excellent).<br /><br />Warming up your body is crucial.
