There have been calls for Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad to join forces with PAS and Umno in a purported "Pakatan Nasional" coalition.<br /><br />However, when quizzed on whether he supports the idea, Bersatu Youth chief Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman sidestepped the issue.<br /><br />The youth and sports minister said that there are many other issues the government needs to look at, and the focus should be on core issues.
