WHO 긴급위 "코로나19 장기화할 것…국제적 비상사태 유지"<br /><br />In its latest meeting, the World Health Organization's Emergency Committee on COVID-19 has decided that the outbreak still constitutes a "public health emergency of international concern" the agency's highest level of alarm.<br />At the committee on Friday, the WHO director-general, Dr. Tedros, said the pandemic is a once-in-a-century health crisis... and its effects will be felt for decades to come.<br />Many countries, he said, that have thought they were over the worst are grappling with new outbreaks.<br />Others that have had large outbreaks have brought them under control.<br />The committee urged countries to support continue supporting efforts to develop vaccines and treatments, and to issue travel advice that is proportionate and based on risk.<br />
