Canterbury City Council have pledged to turn their entire district carbon neutral by 2045.<br /><br />The authority's become the first rural area to make this commitment in the UK and they say they're working with local businesses to make it happen.<br /><br />But those businesses fear how practical this is and say they'll likely be the ones who have to foot the bill.
