No equipment needed here, and we can still get that nice leg workout! Our goals do not need additional equipment. I have done these exercises prior to building my home gym and when all gyms were closed. Plus, who doesn't love to challenge their bodyweight, at home and try new exercises. <br /><br />This full lower body workout will build your legs and bring that definition. I have the reps, sets, rest times for each exercise included. Remember diet is still a big part to reaching your goals.
