Occurred on October 28, 2022 / Paducah, Kentucky, USA<br /><br />: "I was waiting on a friend in the lobby of Western Baptist hospital in Paducah KY when I saw a gentleman with a fishing pole and balloon. I thought, "what on earth, it's another me carrying a fishing pole everywhere," since I carry a fishing pole in my car 365 days a year. Then I got to watch them fish for another balloon on the ceiling of the hospital"
