Occurred on October 28, 2022 / Paducah, Kentucky, USA<br /><br />: "I was waiting on a friend in the lobby of Western Baptist hospital in Paducah KY when I saw a gentleman with a fishing pole and balloon. Then, I got to watch them fish for another balloon on the ceiling of the hospital."
