What appeared to be small fire tornadoes were spotted Friday night as the Palisades Fire blazed through the San Fernando Valley in California.<br /><br />Friday evening, new evacuations were ordered as the eastern side of the Palisades Fire spread, nearing Interstate 405 and The Getty.<br /><br />Firefighters raced Saturday to cut off the spreading wildfires before potentially strong winds return.
