Words are trading between former Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley and Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar over the reopening of the ANR Robinson International Airport terminal in Tobago.<br /><br />Rowley has accused the Prime Minister of trying to take credit for a project built under the PNM.<br />
