    I don’t leave reviews, but I have to say that this app is really nice at the end of the day before you go to bed to sit relax review the day get it all out and then have a nice meditation right before bed. I really enjoy it and I highly recommend it.

    At first I thought it was weird talking to AI about my personal issues, but then I realized that it asks kind, meaningful questions that really help me to rewire my brain. The effects ripple into my family and professional life. Clarity is a wonderful tool for mental health.

    When I felt like I was worthless this app helped me think positively instead and it helped get me in a better place and not do self harm one problem the ai chat was not really chatting? So I kinda didn’t talk to it it might be a bug but thanks for all your help with this app is amazing!!

    Really lets a person work through cognitive distortions. Even when you’re mind is racing and your exhausted the prompts help you process your thoughts and try to see things in a better light.

    This app has been helping me so much through a dark time in my life. I enjoy learning about cognitive distortions and CBT. It explains really well why we think a certain way. Our emotions are just emotions yet sometimes they take over as reality.

    I love this app. It has really helped me grow and is helping me battle with my mental challenges. I wish the AI ChatBot could be free, but I understand why it isn’t. You still get a very amazing experience with the free version. I highly recommend trying this out! 😊
