I installed Ad Blocker in Safari (under High Sierra), refreshed the page on BBC.com, and the ads vanished. Just like that…one click and they were gone.
I’m giving this four out of five stars, reserving one star for later for my lack of longer experience with the app.

I bought this extension based on the first review. The app is a total failure. Made no difference whatsoever in ads. I am really angry that I spent $1.99 on such a complete flop, and I seriously doubt the developer will refund my money. [Go ahead and surprise me, Emanuel Floris!] I wonder if the glowing report in the first review wasn’t a plant, a come-on.

Being tired and disgusted with internet ads, I decided to try this app. I was pleasantly surprised with how it cleaned up all of the pop-up adds. No more ads or advertising taking over my screen. I don’t have to keep clicking on ads to close them. This app is well worth the price for a piece of mind!!!!! THANKS!!
