    This app does not work to retrieve text messages as promised. I went to report the problem to the app store, and was directed to the app’s website, which is just their facebook page.

    Doesn't work at all and has no content in the help section.

    Slow, doesn’t tell you whats going on, and does not allow you to export the “backed up” messages. Only allows you to email them, which doesnt work and ends up freezing both Mail and this app. Also contains a lot of confusing improper english, making me feel like this was thrown together (see example image: Select “Messages for backup your messages”) without regard of whether or not it worked.
