I see a lot of people are complaining about this issue. This has been going on for a while so the least Norton can do is to let us know if this is a permanent feature change or if there's something that is going to get fixed. With the way the government is trending in this country, it would not surprise me to see if Norton is bending to the administration. If they are, at least they could let us know so we can make other arrangements. One star until they let us know if it's permanent or if it truly is a bug.

Whenever im connected to vpn, every site makes me go through many verification processes because it thinks im a bot

Since the last update, I’m no longer able to select the region my VPN connects to. I really valued the ability to choose where my traffic was routed, but now it just defaults to my general location, which feels less secure and defeats part of the purpose of using a VPN. If I can’t fix it I’ll switch to another service.

Norton thinks it owns your pc and blocks you from doing anything. I’ve had it for years and am now wanting it off my pc. I don’t have time for it to update every few days and not let me use my pc for hours at a clip. They even pulled some of their utilities out of the original bundle and want to charge you like $50 a month for that piece. They have gotten away from being a great support tool to just wasting my time. Shame on them.

Can’t change my location in the VPN portion of the program. Keeps telling me to try again. Have uninstalled and installed and still noting.

When activated VPN only locks in my state of Florida. Can’t change region. Even when reinstalling and updating it only lock Florida.

The agent said that the issue it was a glitch from your end and it’s not being resolved till now I hope you can fix this issue. Thank you,

Ever since l’ve had Norton 360 Security & VPN Mobile Antivirus Protection Installed on my iPhone & Desktop Computer l have been and remain at a complete loss regarding the amount of time and effort to understand and navigate the technical nuances of any of the information & applications being provided to me and in my opinion that makes me even more vulnerable and exposes both of my devices and me personally to uninmagineable illegal abuse by the ever increasing number of individuals seeking to do just that! Therefore without understanding how this system works l feel like a bunny rabbit placed in a cage of wolves. So somebody please help me ASAP, thank you!

After being forced to download the last update in July 2025 my ability to select different regions (countries) disappeared and is not longer working. Just a stupid error message and what is worse is that I am now stuck with the same VPN which completely defeats the purpose of what I am paying for PRIVACY. Norton 360 is charging a lot of money but just took away my options and choices with a stupid error message and zero way to resolve it. Calling is a massive drag and waste of time. Fix this issue now! You sell yourself as a system with multi region choices and privacy then the feature utterly fails. What a scam and what are we paying for. You are not providing good service and offer nothing but dead-ends to loyal customers. Find an alternative VPN provider. I know we will!!!

Norton having me remove unsafe web sites. I guess once we get all such sites off the net, We may not need any Norton. No reason just unsafe sites
