Sometime in the last week or two, my recovery programs disappeared.

The app hasn’t loaded new routines in forever and you have to pay for the stale routines it does have. Strava kind of ruined it.

Was a great app until Strava took it over. Specifically now the interface is not as user or recovery content friendly. Additionally has way too many actions and permission asks to setup, get started, or add a program. The app has much less recovery content and in its place data tracking interfaces.

Great app I love using it for new routines and working off the soreness after races and long runs.
Not worth it

I thought this would be a great app that integrated with Strava, but with Strava’s recent move to kick out third party access it’s no longer worth the subscription.
Videos don’t play

The content is good when it loads. But I can never get videos to play. Will often have to wait for at least a minute to see the animation start… load times should be much quicker when these are simple, few second long repeating animations
Pay Walled App

Strava advertises for this app, and makes it extremely straight forward to download the app. At first I was super excited about it, and ready to start adding mobility and stretching to my daily routine. But as soon as I opened the app I realized that almost everything on it is behind the Strava subscriber pay wall. I deleted it immediately and returned to the Nike Training Club app, where most of the stretches and exercises are free.
Really works to address pain

I used it for post-run back pain and it produced a short workout / stretch tailored to my training history AND IT WORKED IN MINUTES - my back pain disappeared. Amazing.
Excellent .

Clearly developed by a team of athlete engineers. Though I love working out, I have little patience for fitness/training apps. I’ve been feeling a little beat with the spring soccer season ending though so I decided to try Recover through my Strava subscription. It is perfect. Such appreciation for quality engineering. Incredibly user friendly, informative without being overwhelming, lots of useful features without being glitchy or tedious. From one engineer/athlete to another - excellent work and thank you.
