Fun game but it’s started freezing after every level on an M5 iPad

I’ve been playing this game for several years now and I have thousands of games played.

As title says, couldn’t even play the game, as mentioned in other reviews its stuck on the main page

Love it. It’s my favorite game right now but it freezes continually. Don’t know if it saves my prizes but have to delete the game from my cache I often restart my iPad and get very frustrated because I really love it and it takes so much time out of my play

Rather enjoyable addicting game. I love the fact that there are no annoying ads for sure.. It is easy to blow a few hours in a day playing the game.,, watch out it’s addicting

I got this game on my iPhone first and then downloaded the Mac version on my M1 MacBook Pro. The phone version has been broken on and off for years. It seems to get into a state where it can’t sync correctly with the Apple Arcade server, and it hangs for long periods of time after finishing levels. My phone also gets super hot unless I put it in Low Power Mode. The Mac version isn’t as bad, but neither version is syncing correctly with Apple Arcade. I somehow only have 30 of the 44 Achievements, even though I’ve made it through the final levels and have played almost 25,000 levels altogether. I don’t think Scopely is updating this game any longer, seeing as the last update was a year ago, and they haven’t bothered to update the winter-themed icon. It’s a shame, because I do enjoy the puzzles as a little brain break, but the unfixed bugs and lack of support are frustrating.

This game hasn’t been updated in forever and it shows. Constant crashes, bugs and generally just bad issues all around. That’s all if it even allows you to play it. Devs please fix this, it could be so much better…
