Bugs present for months. Unresponsive “team”

Customer support is the worst and unintelligent. Careless people getting paid to do nothing. Reported several issues/bugs almost a year ago and nothing has been changed. No captions for a STREAMING SERVICE is unacceptable. Disgustingly overpriced for the worst service ever. Zero stars.

Still don’t understand why you guys took away the comments section it was nothing but genuine help with great advice even brought a sense of community to the app it was a really nice part about the app and miss it a lot I want it back

Needs Faster English dubs and more content

Ive had Crunchyroll for years and have had an overall good experience with the app (expect chrome cast is non functional) You’ve over time slowed down on the rate of output for your English dubs and shows in general. If it doesn’t get better soon I’m going to have to cancel my subscription and just use the free websites like most people do.

I’ve used Crunchyroll before and for some time and I’m downloading it and I’m really trying to figure out why VERY LITERALLY I have to go premium for EVERY show on there. Get this fixed man.

I’m just overall confused. This time of year is always when the most releases come out. Thats not 100% true but a huge chunk of the shows or new seasons comes out the winter season. Last year it was easy to see what’s out and keep up. This year is a completely different story I’m not sure if they are letting the big studios pay for spots to keep them on the front page or what but it’s been almost impossible to see what’s out or coming out without messing around with filters and even then they aren’t accurate. Just disappointing I don’t see how this can happen without it being tied to bigger studios paying to have their shows front and center and Crunchyroll to make said studios happy putting smaller releases and studios to the wayside.

I really love it. I get to watch all my favorite animes and new seasons because not a lot of other services have all the seasons and episodes so I would really recommend Crunchyroll.
