I have used MuscleFit for almost 4 months now and my weight has dropped from 120 to 197 so not great but not terrible.

I never exercise & I have arthritis, joints hurt. I’m over 70, this app, after 3 cycles, my flexibility has increased & less pain in my joints. I started with chair workouts, now doing calisthenics. It’s a little harder, but I’m sticking with it. It DOES ask you where your injuries are & tailors your workout to minimize pain.
I highly recommend it!

So far so good. Started on my 2nd workout. Trying Tai Chi this time. Back to the chair yoga this time and feeling a little more challenged by some of the workouts. Still liking the daily workouts though.
Still at it on my second Tai Chi plan. Haven’t decided which plan I’ll try next.
