Sometimes a villain is sympathetic. You may find yourself agreeing with their motives, their actions and may even root for them at times….. Sometimes. Annie Wilkes doesn’t allow for any of that. I wouldn’t want to be in the same supermarket with her. SK does a wonderful job of making her one of fiction’s scariest villains.

Absolute 10/10, Annie Wilkes is one of the most scary horror book villains I’ve seen, mostly due to the fact that people like her exist.

Nobody tells a story like King. I read this in the 7th grade. And it’s the book that turned me into a reader.

This book was fascinating. I am glad for my freedom and for my body after reading this book!

I have the paperback/physical copy of this book and I loved the book it was a mastapiece I definitely recommend this book 100%

Amazing from start to finish. Really keeps you engaged and never a dull moment! King is phenomenal.
