  • I love this show, but season 3 ....

season 3 made me mad right from the first episode. There is a big jump from season 2 finally to season 3 premier. It left me feeling like there was a season between 2 and 3 that went missing. It does all come together in the end so stick with it. The show is great. The only other thing I dont like about the show at all is all the "daydreams" I guess you can call it as well as the spontaneous singing and dancing in some of those daydreams. Those made no sense to me and after a while I started fast forwarding through them. If I wanted to watch a musical I would go to the opera or something. The story itself is a great story. A great thing about it is the reality of the lives. Not everyone lives such perfect happy lives as usually depicted on television. I can relate to the string of bad luck in the characters lives. Just when you think things cant get worse, they do... the story of my life. Gee, people always told me they could make a few movies out of my life.

The first two season are wonderful and quirky. But season three seems to take on a much darker tone, as it delves even deeper into the emotional lives of the Fishers and all the people who come in contact with them. The first episode or two were quite confusing as a first time viewer, because I couldnt shake the feeling like it was all just a dream. Nate's life has taken a quite unexpected turn, and I keep waiting for him to wake. I'm not saying that the season is bad, because it's quite the opposite. This is a great series, and even in it's darkest, most twisted hours, it doesn't lose its charm.

All time favorite series, it's unbelievable how this show makes you feel. Season 3 is great, it just gets so dark and disturbing and I love it!
