This is one of my favorite albums top to bottom since 'The Shining' by J-Dilla. The production value and lyrical content of this album is so focused and reinforced by positive affirmations, that I have been running this album back all Summer. I enjoy this album most when I am driving fast with the windows down on a clear sunny California Summer day. Windows down and beat all the way up. This album is great for hip hop purists who find peace in letting the whole album play without skips. Oddisee is my favorite producer/emcee alive and this is his best work as a producer, in my opinion. This is no doubt, this is Trek Life's best work. Trek is a true artist that can inspire and heal the listeners with his words as well as rock any crowd at the drop of a dime. Being from LA, this album completely captures the beautiful everyday culture of living in So-Cal. You won't find any cliche gangster undertones or anything from that played out era of hip hop. This is a step into the future of intelligent and relatable emcee and producer. My favorite track has to be 'Still Never Rains.' The bass line is so hypnotizing along with the diverse perspectives of the emcees showing you their corner of LA; it makes for a great cast of characters, much like you would find in everyday LA. You won't find a better album coming from another artist representing LA. More importantly, this album was created by two genuine friends who happen to be great people. The chemistry and mature work ethic show through in the craftsmanship of the recording. The features of Olivier Daysoul and brillaint cuts by LA's own DJ Buddy puts this album in a class of its own that will garnish high praise throughout the industry and the real fans. It is also so good that blogs and critics will no doubt hate that they could never create anything 'So Supreme.'

Beats - Oddisee went Dr. Frankenstein on some of these mugs. Lyrics & Flow - Like a Suburban 5 percenter teaching me to invest, rhyme right, walk fearless, raise my kids, enjoy life, and move with the movement. Guest Features - fresh. Audio Live is like Devin the Dude with more to say than just weed talk. (tho we appreciate the broccoli and evergreen talk too!)

Surprised out the gate! DC homey Oddisee crafted these beats?! Sounds more West than most of the affected psoing LA producers I know. Big up to Trek Life - this some serious lyrical poetry.
