I like most people didn't know about Michael Grimm until 2010 on America's Got Talent, so after hearing his blues albums and even his I Am album continually I was completely taken aback by his talents in country music as well.

I have been looking for all of Michael's music when i stumbled on this cd. I was not surprised, but at the same time i was blown away. Like some others i don't understand why we had not heard his music before AMG. Michael is a very talented young man. I wish him all the best and i am looking for more albums. I will buy them all. I love to hear his voice as well as his awesome guitar.

If you think Michael Grimm can only sing the blues, you are in for a very pleasant surprise. Our AGT winner has roots in country music and great sounding roots they are. The same passionate emotion he displays in his current songs runs throughout this album. Six of ten songs co-written by Michael. Songs about love and life and faith. Emotional ballads like The Sound of Your Name and upbeat rocking songs like I'm Doin' Fine. How this music ended up being buried is beyond me. I could listen to all these songs over and over again. A very mature presentation by a much younger Michael Grimm. If you like Michael Grimm, if you like country, if you just like good music, you will enjoy this album.
