I never would have dreamed this CD would fit in our lives when I bought it years ago, but how wrong I was. My son fighting for his son. This CD is comforting in a deep raw way. Thank you Justin for sharing your pain and giving music to live through it ourselves too. Our familie's number one choice band to ride the wave of life's never ending roller coaster.

This is a beautiful album! I know I'm a bit late to listen to it. I've been a fan of Blue October for over seven years. I fell in love with History for Sale and of course liked Foiled like almost all their fans as well as bits of other albums.
But this album!!! I can sit and listen to every song in order back to back. It is a piece of artwork. I know people complained because it has a different sound to it than past albums. But the heart and soul that Justin is able to convey through his music is phenomenal. It's refreshing to know that there are still true artists in a music industry that is filled with mainstream garbage. Thank you so much Blue October! It must have been difficult writing these songs and sharing them when they are so personal to your struggles.
It's wonderful to know from your newest album "Sway," that you are in a better and happier place.
But this album might just be my favorite!! ^_^
Good Tracks, Not a Great Album

I'm a big fan of Blue October (my favorite band, actually) and own all their albums but this one was a little disappointing for me. There are some good tracks in here - I especially liked The Money Tree, The Follow Through, and The Worry List. The rest of the album's lyrics sounded like a pity party…not what I was hoping for. But you definitely have to give the band credit for having a unique sound in every single song!
This got me through some tough times

As a recent divorcee, i have to say that this cd has some songs that actually speak to me……
Try Worry List, Stay and Drama Everything, man….thats some of the most inspire lyrics i have seen from BO, and thats saying a lot!

Big fan of Blue October and have seen them in concert. There is a ton of passion in their music. This album continues that tradition and is excellent. Highly recommend.
Very different but the same in so many aspects

This CD is loaded with the lyrics Blue October is known for. The computer generated tracks, beats, and rapping are very different for them. Admittedly this CD had to grow on me, now I love it. My favorite tracks have to be The Feel Again and The Worry List. If you are new to this group I recommend Consent to Treatment, I think that is their essential CD. I am eager to see if they get back to the gritty hardcore rock they became famous for.
