Sayonara (Goodbye) is a big hit by the Japanese rock band Off Course. Their version was rearranged by Kazumasa Oda, who’s the leader of the band, for his solo album Looking Back 2 (1993). This version is familiar to me because I’ve heard it many times. We’re using this version's score. I sang it while playing it on the piano in my late twenties. I sent my demo tracks to Oda’s production company at the same time. I was looking toward my future. オフコースの大ヒット曲になります。それを2001 年に小田和正さんのセルフカバーアルバム「Looking Back 2」で再アレンジされたものです。こちらの方をよく聴いていたのでとても耳馴染みがあります。今回そのスコアを参考にしているのですが、20 代後半はそのスコア通りにピアノを弾きながら歌っていました。それと同時に、小田さんの個人事務所に直接デモを持って行っていたりもして将来を模索していました。 Tomoyuki Hirata : Guitars / Arrangements.
