Mr. Capili (2013) is a photo documentary I created in 2013 for a gentleman named Fortunato Capili, who I met on one occasion. I remember that he wore a bright red sweater that day. Using only a collection of archival photographs, I designed this piece around the musical soundscapes of the singer, violinist and whistler Andrew Bird.
