Stefano Masanti introduces himself for the Sunshine Steak project. Stefano Masanti, a Michelin-starred chef based in the ski-resort village of Madesimo near Lake Como in northern Italy, specialises in low temperature cooking. Stefano and his team only work with local ingredients that can be found within a range of 30 kilometers of his restaurant Il Cantinone.
