He was He is He’ll always be <br />Jesus throughout eternity <br />The living word ere time began <br />Alpha, Omega, God and Man <br /> <br />Three enthroned in Heaven’s glare <br />Glorious Light beyond compare <br />Salvation dawned through Christ on earth <br />Restoring man through second birth <br /> <br />Till then condemned, man walked in shame <br />Adam and Eve were both to blame <br />They disobeyed the Lord’s command <br />So God shut tight His hallowed land <br /> <br />In flame! God’s door stayed tightly sealed <br />Till Jesus Christ, the truth revealed <br />For though God’s word to all was free <br />Through sin, few eyes the truth could see <br /> <br />From past mistakes we must progress <br />But man it seems could care no less <br />Evil seduced! The human race- <br />Must now repent and seek God’s face <br /> <br />Unseen! The Lord may still be heard <br />True faith perceives His guiding word <br />The choicest wine the strongest meat <br />A lamp to all His children’s feet <br /> <br />Though mercy reigns on Heaven’s throne <br />Though Jesus’ heart’s not made of stone <br />No single word can God deny <br />That from His lips He spoke from high <br /> <br />Yet who’ll take heed and not rebel? <br />Who’ll flee God’s wrath and certain hell? <br />Who’ll bear in mind the wife of Lot? <br />Who’ll reign with Christ when time’s forgot?<br /><br />Michael P.
