Pas dorëzimit një dite me parë nga Prokuroria, dosja në ngarkim të katër të akuzuarve për ngjarjet e "21 janarit" do të hidhet nesër ne short, ku do te përcaktohet treshja e gjyqtareve qe do te merren me shqyrtimin. Por krahas provave dhe ekspertizave shkencore ne lidhje me ngjarjen, prokuroria ka paraqitur ne gjykate edhe një liste me 91 persona qe do te thirren për te dëshmuar.<br />Mes dëshmitarëve është edhe emri i gazetarit Fatos Mahmutaj, i plagosur ne demonstrate, i cili pas ngjarjes u ka fituar azilin politik ne Belgjike. Por prova me e rëndësishme e ku do te mbështetet akuza janë pamjet filmike te televizioneve te cilat kane fiksuar momentin e vrasjes se katër protestuesve, si dhe ekspertizat teknike dhe balistike te kryera ne FBI ne baze te te cilave janë përcaktuar edhe autoret e vrasjes. Ne kërkesën për gjykim thuhet se sipas aktit të ekspertimit tekniko-kimik të armëve e balistik të predhave është arritur në konkluzionin se: "...predha e gjetur tek viktima Ziver Veizi është qitur nga arma automatike me numër në shul "244" dhe numër të gërvishtur në pjesën plastike "244".
