I did a super series of two exercises (in the order in which the videos are). 4set x 15-20rept each exercise.<br /><br />I used 15kg dumbbells each.<br /><br />Finish with hip abd with elastic band!<br /><br />Today it was hard for me to train but I did it, these days are worth 10<br /><br />I am stronger than my excuses!<br />
