Canvas Parent

It was a good app for me and my family until it stopped working and telling me to update my language. I only need it for 7 more weeks and then I’ll never need it again. Hope you fix the bugs.

We’ve used Canva for years. It’s always buggy, but now the calendar view doesn’t work at all. There’s just a Retry button that doesn’t do anything. We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing. As a new observer, my husband can’t even get his app to let him start participating. We enter the pairing code and all info, nothing.

Works smoothly, but doesn’t have enough accessibility and functionality. Then when you log in through a browser it defaults to the app. Can’t read comments on assignments or see submissions, for example.

Been years and this bug still exists. Launch the app, choose a quarter to filter. Works fine. But after 5 seconds, the results get unfiltered automatically, showing you every item. Update: developer responded asking if I can share with support. No problem at all, happy to. But how? App has no way to contact support, developer response didn’t indicate. App support link from this App Store page goes to a page with lots of links. Confusing.

It was working fine until recently. Now when I try to start the app, I get “Upeated language settings - The app needs to restart to use the new language settings. Please relaunch the app”. No matter how many times I close (remove from background operation), it keeps showing the same error. Please fix!

This app just stopped working for me. I have deleted and added it back. It will not loading at all. Every other app works just fine. Nothing is wrong with my phone. Just for some reason the app does not load up anymore.

This has been a great app. It has allowed me to keep track of our kids’ progress in their school classes. However, recently the app has not been loading. When opening the app, only a spinning Canvas logo is displayed and doesn’t load beyond that. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that didn’t work. Tried reporting the problem to Apple, but was informed that reporting is not available for this app. Some of the teachers exclusively use Canvas to report their students’ progress. I can access Canvas in my web browser. But, the app was very nice.

For the love of everything holy, let it remember my last selection to view grades. I want to see Spring only. But every single class and EVERY! SINGLE! TIME! I have to set it to spring only. Make a preference button or something for CRYING OUT LOUD!!!

Just get a spinning blue circle. Does not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same results. Please fix.

When are you going to add “<“ and ”>” toggles to the Alerts function? I suggested this three years ago. When the alerts build up, it’s frustrating to keep backing out — just to read the next or previous one — when a simple “<“ (back) or “>” (next) would eliminate this extra step between each message.
