    When trying to register, it’ll say it is sending a code to your phone number. I, like other reviewers, never got the code even after trying numerous times. Additionally, almost every route I have tried to search comes back with “No Solutions”. This was the case even for major routes such as Sorrento to Napoli. I unfortunately had to wait in line to purchase every time I wanted a ticket.

    Similar issue as other people with American phone numbers have experienced. Downloaded and installed app as directed. Added American mobile phone number with +1 prefix from pull down menu - then type in mobile number, click on register button and wait for the SMS code. SMS verification code is never received. Tried 5 or 6 times. Waited numerous hours for code. Never able to finish registering since verification code not received.

    This app would be amazing if it would actually send confirmation texts through to USA phone numbers. As it is, I can’t use the app for anything but looking up timetables.

    App did not send sms to my US phone number and had to call to get my account verified. A worker on the phone spoke English which was helpful. But the app itself is very difficult to navigate and seems to not have many locations programmed into it. I’ve seen “no solutions” too many times to count. I would recommend just buying a ticket at the station unless you have to use the app like I did when I went to a station without a ticket machine

    I ended up booking a different train system because I never received a text message to verify my phone number, as other reviewers mentioned.

    Useless if you have a US/Canadian phone number. Will not work because you cannot register your account
