L’app ufficiale di UNICO Campania ti permette di: acquistare biglietti integrati ed aziendali per spostarti con i mezzi pubblici in tutta la Regione Campania, con le seguenti aziende: AIR ANM (solo Autolinee) BUSITALIA CAMPANA CTP EAV EAV Autolinee SITASUD CAMPANIA TROTTA BUS consultare gli orari di tutte le compagnie organizzare il tuo viaggio, inserendo il punto di partenza e arrivo, e vedendo tutte le soluzioni fra cui puoi scegliere, anche integrando più aziende di trasporto scoprire i punti vendita più vicini a te trovare la tariffa associata la percorso che ti interessa avere sempre tutto a portata di mano, senza bisogno di biglietti cartacei. Per acquistare i biglietti ti basta creare un account con mail e password e scegliere fra ricaricare il credito in app o usare uno dei tanti metodi di pagamento disponibili: carte di credito Visa e Mastercard, Satispay, SisalPay, Masterpass, Postepay e PayPal (per importi da €50 in su). Puoi anche registrare la tua carta ed utilizzarla quando ti serve senza reinserire tutti i dati ogni volta.     As every other American has written, no text ever comes through when the app supposedly sends a validation code. So the app isn’t usable. I’ll be deleting it.

    0 stars. We are from the US. Saw one star but gave it a try anyway. Disaster. Sms verification doesn’t work with +1 or anything else. Tried sms to pay too. Nothing worked. Took a taxi instead.

    I love Southern Italy and visit every year… I want the best for this region of the world, and I was excited to see that FINALLY the appropriate Campanian authorities decided to join the 21st century and create an app to streamline their Byzantine and confusing mass transit system(s). Unfortunately, as one who travels here often might expect, it’s a total disaster. It’s the Naples-traffic-cop of the App world: ineffective and universally loathed. Like everyone else reviewing this app, I never got the SMS text (US phone number) and I can’t even use it to buy tickets. What a classic bureaucratic mess. I’m sure that whomever launched simply declared it a success and then never looked at a single review… I will wait patiently until 2026 or 2027 when they get around to updating the app… maybe then they will fix some of these issues……

    This app isn’t usable. Where to begin? - No explanation of how to find the tickets you need. - Search function doesn’t recognize city names unless you capitalize them. - If you’re lucky enough to think you found the ticket you want, you have to create an account within the app - no guest login. - If you then click on create an account, the app bugs out. The app tells you things like your perfectly correct email address is incorrect, that your password with numbers needs a number, etc. The app doesn’t initially let you put in a country code for your phone # other than an Italian +34. After much trying to correct things that were already correct, I went back to the country code selection and suddenly there was a menu other country codes. - If you somehow make it through the hunger games of creating an account, the app says it will send you an SMS with a code so you presumably can finish your set up. As many people have noted since last year in September, no SMS ever arrives. But you know what you do get? An email telling you that an SMS code will be sent to you. This begs the question - why in the heck isn’t it an option to have the code sent by email? Only the app developers can say. I spent probably 30 minutes trying to navigate this until I hit the SMS roadblock. Wasn’t able to buy the tickets. What a disaster of an app.

    App will not allow you to purchase tickets as a guest and instead makes you create an account. Only problem the text verification code is never sent therefore cannot make account nor buy tickets. Useless app.

    This app is old school and not very intuitive. Not even usable for me since the activation SMS never arrived just as another reviewer mentioned.
