    The addition of savasana at the end of the flow is truly appreciated. Oftentimes I find myself feeling I’ve missed the delicious relaxation of the flow when yoga teachers end without savasana. Granted l could take savasana without a teacher cueing it, but it feels to me like the yoga class isn’t really finished properly without a savasana at the end. So, thank you for including it.

    Fifty years….that is how long I have been doing yoga, intermittently at times but more regularly as I aged and dealt with autoimmune disease. White Lotus videotapes with Tracy Rich helped me for years. Then a local yoga teacher was excellent. Then I found Jessica on Youtube approximately one year ago and that helped so much during this pandemic. Now I just started her app with Yin Yoga and that is exactly what I needed. Thank you so much. I have the feeling that this will be my go-to resource to help with healing.
