    It had the perfect app icon and everything. Now it’s ruined by this eyesore that doesn’t even work with the dark apps on iOS. I used to love this app and now it sucks. It’s like you went from good developers to what is probably ai slop. Change the icon back, please. My god.

    As someone who has multiple battery backup devices and chargers made by Anker, I wish you’d start supporting iPad devices natively. All other manufacturers of similar devices such as Bluetti already do. It’s definitely a factor in my purchasing decisions. In addition to native iPad support, can you please add a field in the app to show the device MAC address and IP address? I have a 240-watt charger connected to WiFi.

    I have kids (teens) who we left at home for vacation. We have two of the modest size devices. (1000/2000). I had my kids hook them up to fridges and internet (ups will only last so long) and was able to be relaxed that they had enough power, and I could walk them through when to use the generator, etc. One fault: I need a throttle on storm guard. Both of mine are on the same circuit. When storm guard activates it trips the breaker. I can do one at a time or both at half charge rate. I leave one off and try to manually kick it on if I can. If I could throttle to 1000W, this would be no issue.

  • Firmware update needs work

    Why does the AC power have to shut off as soon as the firmware update starts? Please make the S2000 download the firmware and then stop AC power before applying the update. I use this device as backup power for my internet and network equipment. It makes a firmware update a really hard process when the power shuts off and I lose internet before the firmware update actually downloads.
