The EufyLife app is dedicated to improving your health. We’ve blended technology and convenience into an easy-to-use app that automatically syncs your health data. HOW THE APP WORKS A EufyLife account is needed to use this app. You only need to provide an email address and registration takes two steps and only a minute to complete. To get started, download EufyLife to your mobile device and register your email address to create an account. HOW TO PAIR DEVICES Eufy products are designed to be user friendly. Pairing devices is as simple as enabling Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth on your mobile device, turning on the Eufy product, and following the on-screen instructions to complete pairing. That's it! HealthKit The EufyLife App will synchronize the records after each weighing (Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, Height, Lean Body Mass, Weight) to Apple Health.   • Too many bugs

    The app has may flaws. Some days it connects to devices. Other days it can’t find the WiFi. None of the devices can handle 5Ghz WiFi so it’s already a bad decision. Every eufy device I own that requires this app struggles in so many ways and every day it’s something different.

  • Confusing users

    I have a family of five - I have lost a lot of weight and four of the five of us weight around the same amounts now - the scale does not always bring up the user selection which is frustrating to weight myself and see the scale auto pick my son and NOT give any option for me to change the user and record my weight to my profile. Is there a way to get the user list every time if the weights are so close together like they are in our house hold?

  • Very Inaccurate va DEXA!!! Wildly inaccurate!!!

    I think people deserve to know that this scale is wildly inaccurate!!!!! I was going crazy for months working so hard and couldn’t understand why my numbers were so bad, barely moving etc. Then I changed scales and it was very different metrics and definitely more reflective of my body. Then I got a DEXA and couldn’t believe how inaccurate this scale was!!!!! Scale said my body fat% was 34% when I DEXA and other scale said 18%!!!!!! I almost gave up because of this. This should not be allowed because it impacted me so much negatively.

    The ap is not recording my weigh ins even though I see them pop up. It does not record or show any of the other things it is supposed to read and now it is stuck on a shopping page with seemingly no way to get back to my health page.

    The pretty product shots are just that, pretty and useless. Please relook at your data viz, and ask yourself, does this inspire a person to loose more weight? Inspire to gain more muscle? Currently the nearly flat lines are useless and you can do better. Tufte.

  • Analytics could be easily improved

    This app seems like it’s designed by people who don’t use it. I use the eufy life app with the eufy smart scale, which reads your weight as well as body fat %, muscle mass, heart rate, etc. I like to look at how I’m trending over time w these stats, hence, the analytics features are incredibly important in this app. And they’re just not good. 1) the timescales are clunky. You can choose only daily, weekly, monthly. Moreover, they show only at fixed width/size on the screen—I.e. daily will only ever show like 7 days on the screen at a time, if I want to see more I have to scroll. This should a) settable to arbitrary timescales, and b) show the entire time period in the screen. I want to see the whole trend when I look at it. 2) the ‘data analysis’ chart that has weight, body fat %, and muscle mass on the same chart is useless because the y axis values are too large. All 3 lines end up as just flat lines because the y axis doesn’t show appropriate granularity. Another own goal that really can be easily fixed. Overall, terrible analytics clearly built by developers that don’t use their own product, or just don’t care.

    After updating to iOS 26, the app keeps crashing whenever I open it. Reinstalling it didn't help, right after logging in the app crash. Please update the app

  • Do not use for anything but weight

    This app is complete garbage. I have it linked to apple health and it gives me twice as many BMR calories as apple records. When I input my meals it gives me double the nutritional values as the labels states, I verified this by putting the meals through 3 other tracker apps and they all gave me the same values. It tells me I’m dehydrated despite drinking 4-6L of water a day. I calculated my BMR with a formula on the Mayo Clinic’s website and it says my BMR is 1,860 which is inline with apple healths BMR calculation, while this app tells me it’s only 1603. It says I’m losing muscle and gaining fat despite my stomach shrinking and my muscles starting to get toned.

  • Scale no longer connects

    The app no longer detects my scale. New batteries and blue tooth on, still shows disconnected. Removed and unable to add back.
