  • App okay, pump is great

    It’s impossible to accurately log the pump sessions. It will say “6 sessions” but only show three. I can’t immediately log the amount because it “can’t connect” even when the motors are still on and less than 2 minutes after completing the pump. Great pumps, not a great tracking app

    Overall, I enjoy using the app and love the pumps, but I’ve encountered a few problems. The app isn’t saving my data; when I check the next day, it’s gone. I also can’t go back and add data because it freezes when I try. Additionally, I can’t use the DIY settings. I’ve updated the app, the pumps, and my phone. I’ve restarted the app and my phone, but the issues persist.

    I really loved this app and all the upgrades especially the DIY upgrade for your pumping settings. I am not happy however, that when I updated the app, it shows that the DIY settings that I grew to love is only a free trial now. This means I soon will have to pay monthly and I am not happy about this. Like was a $350 breast pump not enough of a profit for you?!? Why are you price gouging?!

  • Destroyed iPad with update

    I’m sure this was done to “support an iPad version” instead of the enlarged phone size; but it went from being easily viewed from a distance to being illegible. If you are going to add device support at least do it well.

  • Hit with ads every time I open the app

    The app works well but I’m hit with ads every time I open the app. This starts to become obnoxious especially considering I already paid a good amount for their products. I think it’s disrespectful and out of touch with the mature of the app.

  • App is not intuitive

    It is so difficult to navigate this app to customize your pump session. I can’t figure out how to set the pump session to a different amount of time.

    The option to import a routine simply does not work. The app itself is incredibly unintuitive and very frustrating.

  • Free trial on DIY?

    These pumps are fantastic pumps. You can literally customize every single thing down to the power button on the app you can’t turn the pumps off with the app however, I just noticed that the DIY option now says free trial. This option has been free since the day that it came out and considering that to be facts, I think that it is petty if we are going to be charged to use it and I will not be buying the subscription I will not pay to use a feature that has been free since the feature came out. that’s just wrong in too many ways to have a feature on a app that everybody’s bragging about and when everybody starts bragging about it, they try to charge us for it absolutely not but the pumps are a 1000 out of 10 for me.

    Hardly connects, if it does it isn’t for long. Also alerts that baby is crying when she isn’t.
