Adobe doesn't seem to be maintaining this app anymore. Every button either crashes the app or redirects you to download a different adobe app.

was really hoping to take advantage of this apps since Acrobat for ios doesn’t allow “send for signature”. but i can’t sign in with google (how i signed up on the .com site). It gives an error saying the app doesn’t meet google not meet googles policies. I tried to get “app support” but it just goes out to the general adobe support site. very disappointing unfortunately. Adobe is usually way better than this.

The app is unusable. Made by imbeciles. None of the functions work and the buttons literally say “get the app”. It’s like they just copied the website and put it here. Nothing works. What’s worse is, you can’t use the site on mobile and it just takes you to this unusable app when you click on anything. Horrible product. I have no clue how the project manager for this app is employed, I can only think the position was given out of nepotism or some other internal politics at Adobe. These people should be fired for making such a horrible product for a brand that is somewhat favorably viewed. I cannot reiterate my disgust at this horrible insult of an app.

Adobe used to be so simple to use and with each update its become such a hassle, already looking into alternatives.

Adobe apps are all trash anymore. They need serious quality control.

Terrible app. We pay monthly to have acrobat and adobe sign. Unreal how terrible this app is. Literally un-useable from an iPhone. I don’t normally post bad reviews but this is ridiculous. Just spent twenty minutes trying to figure out how to do something on here while traveling that I do multiple times a week on a desktop. Adobe can do way better with this and with the desktop situation too.

I think the app is confused about what the intent of the app is. When I want to eat sign, it tells me to “download the app” and brings me back to the App Store.

The recent updates to Adobe Sign have made it extremely difficult to use. Template names are now truncated to the point where I can only see 5–6 characters, making it nearly impossible to distinguish between my property management documents — many of which start with the same word. Previously, I could switch back to the “old version,” but that option seems to have been removed. Unfortunately, this change has made the product unusable for my workflow, and I’ll be switching to another solution despite the significant inconvenience of migrating all my prefilled documents.

When being forced off of the web version into the app, you’re still unable to use any functionality, as while trying to use the app, the app itself is telling you that you need to download the app. 🙄

Try to sign in via google, errors out. Try to sign in with password, says they don't match. Create new adobe account just to use this stupid app, still says password doesn't match, despite being created that day. Not to mention the wretched UI just for signing in. Don't use adobe products.
