Adobe honestly couldn’t be a worse company at this point. Multi-billion dollar corporation that cannot get a simple ebook reader off the ground. Do not waste your time on this pathetic app, it simply cannot function at any capacity whatsoever. Will not log you in, open books, or download books correctly.

The most user unfriendly app I have ever used and adobe support is abysmal. Should be taken off the app store since it is unusable. Do not waste your time or energy with this app.

Do no purchase. Oh I know it’s a free viewer, but the content is not. This is the worse app I have dealt with in my adult life. And I clicked on the koobface link!

This app is very flawed. It randomly swipes over 3 pages. On my iPhone 16, the words end up behind my front facing camera and I have to move the page around to read the words obscured due to this, which results in the app freezing for 10 seconds. When you swipe to the next page, the words are blurry and take about 7-12 seconds to load. It randomly doesn’t save my place and I have to try to remember where I was when I reopen the app. I like that it has a dark mode and I can change the font size.

I bought this book from NASW and they told me I had to download adobe digital editions to access this book. I couldn’t even access this app on my laptop so I downloaded it on my iPad. I can’t log into my adobe account at all and I know it’s the apps fault because I changed the password myself and I’m literally looking at my account settings as I’m typing in my username and password but yet it still wasn’t working. I’m also giving NASW press a bad review because their customer service was awful. They should have just sent me a regular pdf like normal companies would. I got a refund on the ebook but this just agitates me cause now I’m going to have to order the book and recieve it late for my class 💀

I bought the pdf of a textbook and was forced to download it thru this app. Big waste of $$$. These companies do a disservice to students and education when we are forced to use these terrible apps. But I suppose it doesn’t matter to them as long as the corporations keep making millions in profits off the backs of hard-working students. I was forced to use this app for my textbook but if you have a choice, choose anything else!!! You’ll save yourself a lot of frustration and disappointment

  • Hide your face, whoever concocted this unusable mess
