WordGirl, Vol. 1

This show was good, but it wasn't the greatest. PBS Kids show nowadays are just not as good as the 90's shows like Teletubbies, Between the Lions, The Comfy Couch, and Adventures from the Book of Virtues. The newer PBS shows aren't as good as the older stuff! Worldgirl is overall not bad, but not great. It's still good to watch every now and then!

I love this show (and many other PBS shows). But I am a little disappointed that iTunes does not sell it in TV or even YouTube quality... Still very very watchable though!

WordGirl is one of PBS's best shows. Even though I'm 14, I still find it to be great because it's funny, but you're also expanding your vocabulary at the same time. My 8 year old sister and I watch WordGirl almost every day. I learn a lot of words from WordGirl that I otherwise would have gone my whole life not knowing! It really helps me in school, like if I have a writing assignment I'll try to use some of the words I've learned from WordGirl. It really impresses my teachers that I have such a massive vocabulary! I highly reccommend this show to everyone, not just elementary school kids.

HIS IS THE BEST SHOW EVER and i'm 13 people all ages could love this get it get it get it this show rules!!!!

I first saw this show when I was babysitting a 2 year old and a 4 year old. Personally, I think it's on of the best children's shows on television. It has fun, exciting plots that don't scare children, it's extremely educational and it also is witty. The girls I babysit are always enthralled in the plots and WordGirl is one of their favorite television programs. Unlike some kids shows, I like watching word girl (as a 19 year old) and I wish it had been around when I was first developing my vocabulary.

I'm 14 years old and I love Wordgirl. Captain Huggy Face is so cute-I love that name! Definatley a Good Buy!!

I love word girl and i'm 11, its a great show and its educational without getting too wordy and its really really funny!!!!

This is a great show. I'm in middle school, and I like it just as much as much as my little brother and sister, in second grade and preschool. It teaches good vocab (or just reviews it for me) and has no violence. Seriously, in one episode the villain has this ray thing that turns hair gel into cream cheese. Nobody even gets hurt! It's an awesome show.

I was born in France,lived in the USa for,in total,more than 12 years! My girls and ourselves,adore PBS kids! Yes,America still can entertain kids and folks,with such clean and quality fun! Merci!
