I love alternative music especially obscure alternative. This song isn't as mainstream as one would think. It has a great melodious beat, and easy to listen to either while driving or relaxing, or any other activity one would choose. I'm looking forward to Bloc Party coming out with more albums in the future.
pretty good

Bloc Party is one of my favorite bands but I'm still not convinced by their new stuff. I Still Remember is a solid song, but not particularly memorable. It's clear they are trying to really break into the US mainstream by writing more accessable lyrics and have even compared themselves to Coldplay ( a band which they once knocked). I think Bloc's strength came from their abstract lyrics on tracks such as Blue Light, This Modern Love, Like Eating Glass etc. Do we really need another Snow Patrol?

Well, after listening to this song, I can definetely tell that Bloc Party new album might be moving in a different direction. This is kind of odd as bands usually change during their third album. Even though I enjoyed Silent Alarm immensely, I'm very anxious to hear A Weekend in the City. "I Still Remember" has definetely gotten me psyched for the new album. I just hope the radio dosn't take any of their songs and plays it into oblivion like they do all music. Other than that, this album sounds like it may be a step forward in Bloc Party's glimmering future...
