    This app opens up my earbuds to custom controls, multi-device connection support, and some of the best white noise generators ive used. Im going with soundcore for my future headphones i bought the cheapest and they are so feature rich and sound good. These guys do a solid job.

    When this app works for the reason that I got it, in my case for their sleep earbuds, it's great. Dynamically adjusting the noise cancellation based on the sound in the room. I like that. What I don't need is intrusive or useless AI, especially while they *should* be trying to fix bugs – like having the app remember my sleep preferences. Get off of the AI bandwagon and just give me earbuds that do the thing you sold them to me to do

    It’s an ok app but it doesn’t remember settings. I don’t want the sleep settings to take over my earbuds every night and play the stupid rain sounds. So I turn it off, every time I go to use my earbuds the setting is turned back on! Please change this so I don’t have to manually turn it off every night, it’s so ridiculous that the app is trying to force me to listen to your pre recorded sounds when I just want to fall asleep to my podcasts. When it turns off and switches to rain it wakes me up. It took me a few nights to figure out that the app kept turning the feature back on when I turned the earbuds back on. Please let the app remember the settings we choose.

    I have Samsung phones as my main phones but mostly use Bose earbuds and headphones for my IPod touch. The issue is the Bose app only supports ISO from 17 and up, but ISO of IPod touch is 15 only, so I cannot update the software anymore. Recently I bought Bose QC Ultra Gen 2 for both earbuds and headphones, but it doesn’t recognize while I have no problem with my Samsung phones. Please fix the issue.

    There is no good reason to have an ai assistant in an app for headphones and speakers. It feels like a data grab to sell information about users. Also the widgets for Apple products literally never work.

    My headphones won’t connect. I’ve paired them, turned off my headphones and back on, and deleted the app and re-installed it. The app doesn’t work for me. Am I doing something wrong it does the app need an update?

    The app is pretty good overall and easy to use. However, the app widget is worthless. It’s supposed to give you quick access to the Ambient Sound options, but requires you to open the app. Even after you open the app, it doesn’t give you the options most of the time.

    I’m not sure why a speaker/earbud app needs an AI assistant. In fact, I’m quite sure it doesn’t. Have been an Anker fan for a number of years now, but I will be uninstalling this app since the addition of “Anka” now causes me privacy concerns. Way to en$hittify an otherwise somewhat useful app.

    only reason i had this app/sleep earphone combo was for the airplane white noise. newest update got rid of it. so goodbye soundcore.
