This is the WORST invoicing platform i have ever used. Shutting our accounts down for no reason then we give them ample proof of our business and they don’t care. Locking our money up for months at a time. Absolutely ridiculous.

There is basically no support, no joke it takes up to 3 months to get a reply and sometimes not even then. You can’t delete an employee on deactivate them. If the employee had ST with another business they can’t get in your account because it shows they’re registered with the other company. I have my phone set to dark and now they just updated it so that messages show with a white dialogue box, I don’t want that. This is not a great app.

I have tried for months to resolve this issue with no success. It isn't crucial, as I am the Office Manager, and communication is vital to my role.

Great system, awful customer service reps. I got a more job who also uses square and I’m unable to sign up with my new job. Rep told me to call my old employer to get it taken care of. Been on hold for 25 min and still going.

My first time you square teams app at my work

I manage a coffee shop and it would be so helpful to be able to add my shifts to my work calendar or even my apple calendar. I already spend so much time inputting schedules and it would save me a hassle of adding my own personal one each week. It would also be helpful for my college baristas who require extra planning around their courses. Thanks square

App will only let you put one photo, when there are times you need to put in more! Square is not real user friendly!

Please let me switch profiles instead of fully logging out and logging back in. And if you don’t have a website don’t include a link in your emails to “view schedule”
