    Just can’t get it to pair up with the app I have just got a737 and it works great. But the app says when I try to pair the power bank no something found I did what it told me to do 🤔😑

  • F3000 User Manual Missing

    Glad to see that with the recent update the fix the remaining time not showing after a firmware update to an additional battery. But disappointed that the app still doesn’t have the User Manual for the F3000. I know how to use pretty much everything, it it would be nice to have to use manual for reference when using solar panels and restriction of the low voltage and high voltage solar input ports. I previously had rated it 3 stars and raised it to 4 after the Time Remaining fix. Add the F3000 User Manual and I will raise it to 5 stars.

    This app works on my iPhone, but looks like a 2009 app on my iPad. Please please fix this

    App does not work without a network connection. Yes, believe it or not someone thought that having a device that you use during power outages should be dependent on having an internet connection. It uses Bluetooth to communicate, so this makes no sense. I am seriously debating returning the F3000 and going with a different brand. If there is a legitimate reason for this I’d love to know why. Anker? To be clear, the device (an F3000) itself appears to work fine without a connection. You just can’t manage it via the app without a connection. So you basically have a crippled unit that you can’t change the settings on. Again, why? Ugh. The support link listed in the app listing on the App Store just goes to the Anker homepage with a big ad on it, not to a page with support of any kind.

    Removed app, reloaded new version, Bluetooth pairs once then unable to pair again. Developers, Please fix immediately.

    I can control my F2000 and my F3000 turn off the main power if I need too. I’m excited to get solar panels next and keep they bad boys charged all the time!

  • Good but missing IOS integrations

    Works great at controlling my Anker desktop charger (Prime USB-C charging station). However everything has to be done in the app, and I can’t make common things more accessible via HomeKit, widgets, or even Apple Shortcuts. Specifically, I have two USB-A devices plugged in (WiFi HDMI adapters for my extra monitors) that I need to be able to power on and off, because while they have power they emit the “connect instructions screens” which in turn keeps my high-power-consumption monitors from going to sleep. In the app, this involves starting the app, selecting my device, scrolling down to the port power controls, swiping over to the usb-a ports, pressing the power button, then pressing a confirmation button to actually turn it off. It would be ideal if these could be exposed as “plugs” in HomeKit, but barring that the ability to set up a dashboard widget to toggle it, or a Shortcut, would make my life much easier!
