Recommended by a Brilliant work colleague. I waited months to check it out because I thought an old school ear wouldn't appreciate later hip hop sound. I couldn't have been more wrong. I've been a fan of Oddisee since I first heard his intelligent witty lyrics and attention grabbing production on WPFW (89.3) here in DC. This CD truly takes you on a world tour. As a fellow DC native I am PROUD to support a young brother who continues to stay focused, grind and give us nothing but his best. This is what hip-hop sounds like minues the smoke, mirrors, chain, vixens and vapid swagger - pure raw talent that ages gracefully like fine wine and tastes even better to your soul!!!
