This live version of Long Red is possibly the greatest guitar performance in the history of rock. Certainly there are guitarists who played faster, who were more technically accomplished, and who were more artistic in their approach to the six string. But nobody ever rocked harder than Leslie West, and this tune catches him at the peak of his immense power both as a guitarist and vocalist. YEAAAHHH!!
