This is an awesome album. They have kind of a darker theme to it and I love it. Choking Game probably has the best guitar part I've ever heard in my life. Check it out!!

Now that this album has had more than a few rotations in my home-to-work commute, I doubt it'll find it's way back into my vehicle. Choking Game is the only song I don't feel like skipping when it comes on, and it's not great, per say.
I love Chevelle, and The North Corridor seems like a return to form, but La Gargola...boo.

When I first heard this album when it first came out, I LOVED Take out the Gunman, liked Hunter eats Hunter, and was addicted to An Island, but besides that I didn't really like it. Then 2 years later I listened to the album again and LOVED 8/10 songs (2 were Jawbreaker and Choking Game.)

Chevelle has continually produced exceptional music since their first album. The new album, “La Gargle” is no departure. Their sound has continued to grow and be relevant, and always unique. I always appreciate bands that have a signature sound, and believe Chevelle embodies this more than most. I simply love their whole body of work, and it inspires me greatly. If you are a new fan, check all of their work. You will find outstanding songs and sounds throughout and will never be disappointed. Defiantly worth buying!!!! It is easily one of my favorite albums in my library. I like how this album is a bit different so we aren't getting the same sound. Chevelle keep it up!!!!!

This Album really nails it!!! Reminds me alot of "Wonder Whats Next", the last 2 Cd's, Jars and Hats Off To The Bull were decent but sounded weak compared to The previous releases, La Gargola delivers for sure!!! so impressed, you can listen to it from start to finish. The Bass and drums are so tight and I love all the stomp box effects on the guitar!
So nice that chevelle after all these years still has it!!!
