Description

This app is for AT&T landline voicemail, not mobile phone voicemail. Make sure you have your AT&T home voicemail PIN prior to downloading this app. Voicemail Viewer makes it easier to stay on top of your Voicemail or Unified Messaging voicemail messages directly from your iOS device. Like looking at messages in your email inbox, you can check your AT&T Voicemail messages visually, choosing the order in which you listen to them or even reading your messages as voicemail-to-text. For more information, visit our web site at att.com/vmviewer. If you are a Voicemail or an Unified Messaging customer and are having trouble signing into or using this app, please contact us at 800.288.2020 (Voicemail) or 888.300.6500 (Unified Messaging) and be prepared to provide your landline phone number associated with your mailbox, the device you are using to access the app and the problem that you are experiencing.

  • Has this app just been abandoned?

You still provide the voice services so it’s hard to imagine why you wouldn’t provide the support on the app. The app is one major glitch and hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Why provide home voice services with voicemail if you’re not going to give people a logical way to retrieve the messages without the app freezing and shutting down? It doesn’t make. “Connecting people for good is what we do best.” It’s your slogan. C’mon.

Sad that a major telecommunications company makes an app this bad. Last update was 2 years ago. Glitchy, slow and forgets settings.

For the past few weeks I am finding on avg about 4-5 calls on my landline. I call back and learn they’re all nonexistent nbrs. How can I stop this?

Errors galore. Why have it if vm’s aren’t recorded. AT&T is getting useless. Too bad my cell phone can’t face!!!

This app now crashes often and defaults to apple mail instead of my default e-mail app. Hope this can be resolved by AT&T. My wireless and home phone voice mail have a shared mailbox. When a message is left in the mailbox, the app vibrates the phone and I can read a transcription of the message and delete without needing to dial and log into the mailbox over the phone. So convenient, thanks AT&T!

  • Setting Changes Save PIN every time after IOS 18.5

This app has been go to message retrieval for our 2 U-Verse phone lines. It seems after iOS 18.5 (when noticed), it requires PIN every time the app is opened! It needs to be updated, since last update was 2 years ago! Turns out in settings this was OFF. After turning back on, PIN is retained. Hope this APP is maintained, due to reliance upon it!

Terrible app at present. App routinely halts/abends or has other unexpected behavior. Seems as if the developer doesn’t care and hasn’t kept it up to date and/or fixed bugs.
  • Stopped working for no reason

I can’t log on anymore. I deleted and reinstalled the app but that didn’t help. It just stopped working for no reason several days ago. I’d call customer service to see if they can help, but who’s got that kind of time. I’ll probably just cancel my landline because why on earth do I have that anyway.
