I do like this watch and app for my child. But my god it’s SOOOOO SLOW. Really needs to be updated and work faster.
  • My daughter with her watch

I love it helps me keep checking my daughter and whenever she runs off that I mean when she’s at her friends, I can find her a check or call her except I don’t like that. It doesn’t show me exactly where she is and the exact location at the minute.

    Really user friendly!

This app is slow and glitchy. I tap the notifications button and nothing happens for 30s until I restart the app. It takes 5-10 min for my kids’ messages to appear in the app, instead of instantaneously like every other messaging app. Fix it AT&T!
  • Faulty video calling

We’ve had this watch for about a month now and the video option is making my phone cut off. The att store providers are unable to help due to low sale volume of the product and they’re not sure how to troubleshoot it. Sometimes voice messages and videos can’t be heard either.

Great when paired with a working watch. The menus are a bit clunky but I assume they’ll streamline some of the functions so you don’t have to click around so much. It works though!
  • Glitches

So we purchased the amigo watch with the intent of just in case. We’ve got older parents who asked the, hey do you know how to call 911 just in case something happens question to our son. He’s slightly young for a phone so we thought this was a good middle ground. I can text with no issues to my son, my wife has nothing but issues. iPhone vs android maybe. The calls are usually pretty reliable. Video calls, no hope for them. The watch crashes, the phone crashes, freezes, restarts. Don’t bother trying to do a video. As far as location updating it is a bit laggy. The school is 8 minutes from the house. We will get the left school and arrived home notification at the same time. So unless my son learned how to teleport, the location services lag.
  • Waste of money !

Don’t buy the watch if you just never want to actually use it ! The app only works for a day then you never log back in and use the watch . I wish I would get my money back & this app never updates so you’re logged out forever !
  • Horrible app- so slow I can’t communicate with my child

I have never reviewed an app before and I am agree 42, if that tells you anything. This app is sooo slow that I can’t communicate with my child. I have the newest version of app and the newest version of iPhone, newest watch for my child, and I am on my AT&T server. If I could do it again, we would never leave Verizon.
