I read news in the morning. Every time I open the app, the app hour glasses without end. I am about to terminate my subscription.

Consistency for printing is off. Can you fix?

You need to have a way to submit problems you run into with this app, otherwise it is a good app for the paper.

Grizzlies information is my main reason for going digital. Enjoy my subscription in keeping up with the city and region too !

I only receive the Commercial Appeal in print on Sunday, due to my schedule and for the crossword puzzles, but read it daily as enewspaper. I’ve been a subscriber for 50 years, but really enjoy reading the paper on my iPad.

Difficult to maneuver

I’m an avid fan of the University of Memphis and greatly appreciate Jason Munz’s Tiger Basketball test messages as well as his and Jonas podcast! Jason provides exceptional updates and outstanding pre- and game time information in all facets of the game! The podcasts are also informative (except when they digress to Wrestling!).

Glitchy software, slow responsiveness, screen freezes, frequent reloads, etc. totally unusable, bad customer experience.
