    This app is terrible. Everyday it freezes multiple times and many of the pages and articles are often blurry.

    The paper never comes up correctly. Cannot read news from a blank white page. Then if you can finally get it to come up, it jumps around. And now you want to raise the subscription price. Why not work the bugs out first? Extremely disappointing!

    The e-newspaper used to work nicely. Every day the app opened to that days local paper. Zoom was stable and page’s didn’t move around, disappear or cause long delays while ads loaded. This app is the exact opposite. For several consecutive days the app opens to the paper and then suddenly it only opens to USA Today and there’s no link back to our paper. Idiots approved this replacement Some days you can’t even get the paper, just white screen. Absolutely no support for this issue.

  • Still hard to navigate.

    If the e-newspaper is the choice, navigation is a nightmare. Accidentally select anything other than the D&C and you can never go back. Allow me tell you how often that happens: often. Way to often. Even if I leave the app and select it again, I’m stuck. This is annoying. Fix it. Do you have testers? I used to test software interfaces for a living. Hire me! Or someone. Please.

    Frequently while reading newspaper using the app, it freezes and have to come back to it later, reopen the app and continue reading. Very annoying. Requested fix from publisher many times with no response.

    This app used to be amazing, but the latest “upgrade” is just horrible. It crashes all the time, it’s full of ads, which I resent since I am a paid subscriber. The ads pop up and cover content, sometimes forcing a restart because they lock up everything. The top part of most pages is not visible unless you click on the individual article. When you try to print something, like a word puzzle the print is extremely small. If things don’t improve I won’t be renewing my subscription. Very disappointed - there was no warning this was happening and it’s a major change in quality and accessibility. As of 4/21/24 the app is again useless. For awhile after my review above, it became somewhat workable, although very cumbersome. Now if you try to use the html version it won’t let you - says it isn’t secure and bounces you back to the App Store. You can’t print or change size in the App Store version and it’s totally useless for my needs.I want to navigate easily and print the puzzles legibly and save articles for future reference. All of those don’t work correctly most of the time. The subscription price was increased by 33% which was somewhat outrageous, but for that cost I should get an app that works. I’ve been patient for 6 months or so, hoping for improvement but it just gets worse. Update 4/26/24 - Today the app changed again and this time it’s working perfectly. Everything functions well and there are no error messages. It doesn’t freeze and restart, navigation works and printing is possible. I will change my rating if this continues for the next couple of days.

    Whatever you did to your app is horrible !! Constant interruption from articles. If it doesn’t change I will be cancelling just like I did with the paper paper.
