Much prefer old print edition app. Closer to paper edition in it’s use

It so much worse than the old app

For a business struggling to survive you really should spend some time fixing all the bugs in your app. I’ve been a subscriber for years and can’t open the app because (assumably) my payment method is out of date, but your app won’t let me fix it or see the D&C. That’s a great way to lose the few remaining subscribers you have left.

I hate the latest update of this app zooming is not consistent and page randomly changes

Finally, I can read this, print off the puzzles, and not fill my paper recycle box so fast…..

I think the app is spotty at best. There are some days when I cannot get it on any device. I also think I should be able to get any newspaper in the Gannet system ie: USA Today, Ft. Meyers Press. Doesn’t happen.

This app is terrible. Everyday it freezes multiple times and many of the pages and articles are often blurry.

Repeatedly, the app will not open. Pathetic.

The paper never comes up correctly. Cannot read news from a blank white page. Then if you can finally get it to come up, it jumps around. And now you want to raise the subscription price. Why not work the bugs out first? Extremely disappointing!
